Air France-KLM Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the entity which defines and oversees management of the company. Its mandate is to work with the General Management to ensure smooth company operations in line with the opinions and recommendations of its specialized committees. There are 16 Directors appointed for 6-year terms. The Group considers that 44% of these Directors are independent according to the definition given in the AFEP-MEDEF report for 2002.
